Well, I don't know where to begin with tips. I'm a self-taught artist and I always think practice is what is most necessary. I often work in layers and always begin with painting the background and end with the main thing in the foreground (although the main thing is sometimes done by sketch at first). -- [link]  splendid gallery of work!reminds me of the rembrant brothers and other such similar fantasy masters!!!!!exellent!!!!!!
