Really nice work! For some reason even on these photographs it looks more like an oval painting than a painted 3D object. Odd.
But great details and colors. Very nice!

It took about 1,5 - 2 hours.
And I don't think I would have managed it to paint this onto a chicken's egg, fortunately goose eggs are much bigger... ;)

Yeah, I've searched for a place where I could take a photo of it without direct light, so there are (almost) now reflections or shadows on it.
