I´ve painted this over 2 years ago. I still like the idea of it.
It took a lot of work, about 40 hours
acrylics on watercolour cardboard, 35 cm x 30 cm (about 14" x 12")

This is really good - and so thought provoking in todays environment and cultural climate. We strive and strive for what we see as improvements - everything being at our fingertips, industry that the world can't handle, and yet we get further and further away from what really is the paradise we were given to begin with - and yes, it's all down to that one symbol that is etched above that door - money.

wow, this is just amazing!!!! so many details on it, i love the colors and the contrast on the "entrance", it also has a very important message, really great job!!!:clap:

There is some wonderful symbolism and a truly powerful message in this pair of paintings. There are so many details to see and I really like the concept.

Very imaginative and well done. I know how hard it is to figure out acrylics and make them look good. I wish I had this talent with traditional painting. Keep it up.
